Step 2: Additional Forms
Please read all categories below and complete the forms that are needed. Each Campus will have a different process for verifying the completion of these forms. High School forms will be verified at Schedule Pick up (dates and times listed on the High School main page). Middle School and Elementary forms will be verified the first week of school.
The handbooks to accompany some of these forms are available for viewing in the Parent Portal Online Registration process (Step 1: Parent Portal) or under the "Parent Information" Tab on the main website.
All Students Will Need to Complete the Following Documents Online starting July 8th!
