GRADING POLICY

Make–up assignments or tests shall be made available to students after any absence. The time allotted for completing make-up work after an absence shall be equal to the number of days absent. Students are expected to complete and turn in assignments on time. Students will use their free time to make up any work that is late. I will send home graded papers on Mondays. If your child has a daily grade below 70, then he/she can correct it for up to a 70.  Any corrected daily assignment must be returned the Friday of the same week.     

We will be doing four days of Science and one day of Social Studies every week. 

Grades are weighted according to the following percentages: 

• Science-- Daily Grades - 60%, tests - 40%
• Social Studies -- Daily Grades - 100%

Conference Time-

My conference time will be the same everyday.
